Mr. DeGennaro has over 35 years of experience in providing financial planning and income tax assistance to individuals, partnerships, trusts, LLCs, and corporations. His responsibilities also include staffing and managing audits, compilations and review engagements. He has extensive experience in accounting and taxation for the following industries: government contractors; churches; automobile dealerships; professional firms; transportation industry organizations; construction contractors; and non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Virginia State Board of Accountancy, the American Institute of CPA's and the Maryland Society of Accountants.
Ms. Bruening has over 25 years of experience providing accounting, audit and tax services to small businesses, not-for-profits and small business owners. Her responsibilities include staffing and managing audits, compilation and review engagements as well as small business and individual taxation. Additionally, she is the partner in charge of parish audits for the Archdiocese of Washington. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Johnson has over 35 years of public accounting experience including extensive audit experience with not for profit organizations and government contractors. Former managing partner of Dorton, Gooch, PC in Roanoke, Virginia. Member of the Virginia Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia Board of Accountancy, the Kentucky Board of Accountancy and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Dance has over 30 years of public accounting experience with audit experience in a number of areas including employee benefit plans and various not for profit organizations. Has experience with Sarbanes-Oxley projects and has extensive audit management experience. Memberships include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Dance is also certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in the field of business valuation.
Extensive bookkeeping, data entry and payroll processing experience. Processing of all federal and state income tax returns. Software experience includes: Quickbooks, Sage 50 (Peachtree), Excel, Word and Word Perfect.
Ms. Worrell has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Roanoke College and 12 years of experience in small business accounting, including compiled financial statements preparation, business and individual income tax preparation, payroll and payroll tax preparation, bank reconciliations and bill paying. She is proficient in the use of QuickBooks and MAS90 software packages. She has extensive experience and significant expertise with large medical groups and their principals.
